Suggestion Enchants for Sheers and Fishing Rod

I'm not 100% positive this can be implemented, but I think it can. It would be nice to have enchants for sheers and fishing poles. Just unbreaking and looting being the only two possible results I can think of. Maybe add in a couple of odd/useless ones to dillute the chances of getting them like knockback or efficiency if you feel this is too OP.

Since it's already in Vanilla, I don't think this should be problem. But when anvils are fixed and if an enchanter gets the perms to enchant a book, then it shouldn't be much of a problem.

can't wait for that, I had a lot of fun in single player. Enchanted books will be DA boss, it will also make farmers more appealing
