Enchanter: Safe Fall Other

I saw this ability on the wiki(which ik might be outdated), and I was wondering, although its called "safe fall other", can you cast it on yourself?

Unless it has changed since I was an enchanter a little while ago, Safefall Other only works on others...

awwwww, thats annoying, if youre raiding and the only way in is to use that, you'd just have to wait outside....
