Enchanter idea

I was talking to MasterLink today about enchanters and we both agreed that it seemed wierd that enchanters only had one CC ability. I brainstormed one that wouldnt be OP but would still be cool:

coats a target area in soul sand, slowing all those that fall inside.
1 minute CD

Thanks for reading, i think it would be cool if the spell actually changed the block temporarily to soul sand, but idk the limits of plugins.
