Bug Empathy Bug

I was dueling with my buddy and noticed that I was dealing rather low damage when I used empathy with only three hearts left. I did some further testing and found out that (in addition to not showing the damage done above the player's head) Empathy only dealt 13 damage to my friend while I was at 40hp out of 122. Can I have someone take a look at this for me, please?

I think the dmg was decreased when the slow was introduced

Empathy does 25dmg max with a 3 second slow. Tested and confirmed.

I remember when empathy just appeared to do damage but actually was an entire waste of mana. That sucked.

It was like throwing a snowball at them, did nothing but make them think we were hurting them, haha.

Got myself to 21 Hp, than Emp'd an unarmored ally at full health, than had them /hp.

Though perhaps it is possible a bug makes armor effect the damage. I'll get back to you.

Try losing only 50hp, then use empathy please. If that doesn't deal 25hp then it is broken, according to the description of the ability.

Because it negates damage, it has a cap of 25-30 dmg, for obvious balance reasons

Of course. But if my testing was correct, then it may be bugged. I'll get with digger in game sometime, or some other DK and do some further testing on this.

Got myself to 12 hp, than tested against unarmored and armored foes alike.

This issue is now resolved - it will do 25 dmg max.
