Bug Duskblade

Ever since the latest patch duskblade will not work on players or mobs.
Oddly it will work if the person you use it on is in the same party as you.

Should be fixed and in next restart possibly.

Also Bob, thank you for this because it has led me to realize how to fix all/most of Samurais broken skills as they had the same problem as this skill.
