Bug Duskblade Skill Fail

Just switched over to Runeblade and got to lvl 10 to run the skill Duskblade and it won't say anything or do anything when I try to do /skill Duskblade or /bind Duskblade then right click. Just no response at all. Not even a lag effect, although can't complain about that part.

you have to be looking at a target, Duskblade is not a rune that you apply then hit something for it to take effect such as ToxicRune or FireRune. Look directly at something then use the skill.
