Bug Dungeon Gates

So recently some townmates and I were leveling in a dungeon. I tried getting out using the gate the dungeon had, but the buttons glitched and the gates were frozen. I died and lost all my stuff. Please fix this bug its annoying as hell.

This has happened a few times before when I went to use a gate. It seems the cause for the button to become 'stuck' is if it has been used/ tried to be used too fast (eg spam clicking it). I'm not sure if it's a problem with a plugin though as I think this also happens in vanilla minecraft. A fix for this (the only fix I know) is to just wait a bit by not interacting with the button until it becomes unstuck. Hope this helps.
