Bug Dueling Bug

I'm not sure if I'm just missing something here but when my friend tried to duel me it said I didn't have the pre requisites to duel yet ive mastered warrior and healer and I am a Dragoon now
- I have a picture of what happens when I duel.

Probably because your a level 8 dragoon in the picture. I'm not sure. As far as I could remember, I couldn't /col duel when I was a low level spec(Below than Level 10)

It tells you what the problem is in the error message itself.

"You didn't compete because of the following.
You needed - lvl=10+"
