Reason for mute: I honestly do not know.
Your story:I logged on and i was muted, i was asking for "help" in help chat the night before and people were just being rude, i was asking about how to go about someone griefing my room, stealing my enchanting table, taking my bookshelves and breaking 20+ blocks to get in without replacing them. In your chat mute rules section there is a rule stating you have warnings before you are muted, i was not warned what so ever and was apparently muted for asking for help. I donated 20$ to this server to help out and i am treated like this?? Why are the rules not being enforced as they should be? I am a little disappointed. :/

Please remove my mute so i can trade and use help again. I wont troll anyone in help nor do I and i dont spam the trade chat EVER. Thank you.

We do not have to give warnings for mutes. It also states: "Server staff retain the right to kick, ban, or close access to any or all users of Herocraft Online Services at any time. "

Trade Chat - After someone's advertisement you proceeded to respond with "Fuck your loyalty program" This sort of reaction is not needed in trade chat

Help Chat - You were being rude to people who were trying to help you in regards to your mute. I do not see how statements like "I'll destroy your shit bitch...Don't complain" is helping people, nor telling others to "Shut up" when they were trying to help you.

I am not ready to remove the mute at this time. Message me or tag me again in here on November 4th, 2013.
