Suggestion Druid's Regrowth Skill

I just noticed that Regrowth, a targeting level 50 skill, does less healing than HealingBloom, an AOE level 30 skill. I suggest making regrowth heal more. The numbers are:
HealingBloom: Heals 246
Regrowth: Heals 233 (63 instant, 170 overtime)

Comparing a base number like total health healed can be deceptive.

As you point out, one is an AoE, while the other is almost entirely a DoT. The skills have different uses, and its alright for a higher level skill to heal more total if the skill progression makes sense for the class.

With 30 WIS:

Regrowth: 63.75 + 170 = 233.75
Healing Bloom: 246

So, I'm on the fence on this. A single target heal should usually heal more than an AOE heal. The thing is that healing bloom takes 20 seconds to do it's full healing. If you compare this to Regrowth's 12:
Regrowth: 233.75
Healing Bloom: 147.6

So yes regrowth heals more, but it also takes longer. Despite this, the combination of poor healing, mana cost and long warm-up make regrowth a bad healing skill.

In general, druid's heals are filled with redundancies and don't make sense when it comes to progression.

Overall I think that Druid's healing is fine. But maybe we should buff the healing on regrowth to see a better difference between an AOE skill and a single target one.

Druids healing is fine (trust me I'm like one of the only druids) soothe is amazing but, I think druid needs more direction in terms of role, reduce ires damage and increase cd maybe, and change bolt to an aoe dps that does less damage maybe?
Atm druids an op class if played right but its heals do rival cleric with soothes spammyness (with enough wis)
and now to the part about direction, I think maybe take out some damage and HoTs on druid and change it to utility/group healer

Anyone else find rejuvenate redundant when druid already has regrowth (Or the other way around)? I'd rather druid have 3 heals (weak-single, strong-single, and AOE) and have more utility.

As Malik said one takes significantly longer to heal for its full effect, however the difference between the two is minimal. I ran some numbers to demonstrate

Healing bloom: 246 over 20 seconds = 12.3 health per second (HpS) ehhh, not great
Regrowth: 233 over 15 = 15.3 HpS not a significant difference

This means that after 10 seconds (which is a fairly good amount of time in most skirmishes) Regrowth would have only healed you a measly 30 health more. A left click deals more damage than that

Also take note that the cooldown on these two abilities only favors regrowth by 3 seconds, additionally regrowth heals every three seconds as opposed to bloom's 2.5
All in all, regrowth needs some buffs because at the moment it only heals slightly more than healing bloom. An AoE heal that can heal your entire party with its massive 15 block range should not even come close to healing as much as a single target heal

rejuv sucks bad man, soothe so op in comparison. But since every heal has a cooldown it basically makes you use them all to keep up during heavy dmg, even though some are clearly much better in terms of cast time, mana efficiency, and up front healing than others.

Its like the eq2 healing system (use everything on cooldown) vs every other intelligent heal system (use best tool for the job). But druid is fine i guess overall so low priority stuff.
