Correct, it is a party-only skill at this time. However, I'll configure it soon to give a message or a failure message.

Is there any particular reason it's a "party only" skill? I think that's kind of silly and unnecessary.
Not to mention, anyone can simply invite a random person to a group. Regardless of whether or not that person accepts the invite, the Bard is now in a party with himself, and can now cast DropTheBass properly.

It seems like the same problem with how Beguilers can party themselves and be immune to their own PlagueBomb damage.
