Bug Dreadsteed Tome

I used a dreadsteed tome, it said "you have learned a new skill", but when I tried to prepare the skill, it said I have not learned it. I am the required level (50) and the correct class, and all that.

It might have been named Dreadknight instead of Shadowknight, I used it as soon as I bought it.

Update: The Tome works. However, the skill summons a horse that I cannot ride.
