It'll cast if you use it on a PARTY MEMBER. No health will be drained, but at once the skill's duration ends (10 sec) You gain a BURST of 10hp, Not over time, so it's just a Extremely delayed, Glitched, Drainsoul.
The /skills 3 Description of SoulLeech, is the target takes 16 damage over 10 seconds, healing you for 16hp. The command /skill SoulLeech ? States, it's 13 health, over 10 seconds healing 10. Which is it?
Few flaws with the skill itself, because of it's short range, combined with a 1 sec warm-up, If the enemy notices your warming up, they can walk 2 blocks back, and out of its range. That, or since you can't attack or move in defense, Your target can't pummel you with whatever skills or weapon he/she Chooses. Making this skill worthless, They'll do more damage than you can possibly gain over the course of the skill. Further more, You'll be completely unable to dodge fireballs/caster spells. which strike though armor anyway, making this skill an IMPOSSIBLY against casters.
I suggest a slight range boost, as it's only really castable in Hand-To-Hand combat, against another warrior spec, as healers and casters are always strafing away, They'll always be out of range by the time the skill Warms, or rogue spec's seeing as the damage they'd do in the warmup is no where comparable to the effects of the spell!
Until the Skill bug, itself is fixed, Dk's might as well be level 45, Seeing as SoulLeech AND Empathy doesn't function correctly.
For those who do not know, Empathy is supposed to deal 1/2 of the targets current damage, back to them once more. Before, It didn't cast correctly. But currently, it targets the enemy, takes the mana, and applies knockback. However Upon Inspection with /hp (Tested with town members), no matter the damage applied before hand, no additional damage is applied. Simply making it a mana drain, and hope crusher for newly Mastered Dreadknights.
