Dreadknight harmtouch before scaled did 35 dmg to your target, and 20 to yourself. Now its 340 dmg but the damage back to yourself is still 20. I think it should be 200 considering this skill is a click to win.

And also when you do /skill harmtouch ? It still shows it as 340hp damage, when in fact it's supposed to scale up. I believe it does scale up, but it just doesn't show it. I'd like some verification on this...
