We like to know as much about you as possible, I have not found any bans anywhere, which is great, but we need to see a bit more info about you as a player. What do you like to do most in Minecraft, what style of buildings do you make, are you interested in the pvp or the pve aspect of the server, how many fingers am I holding up, what drew you to us the most, that sort of thing. Other than that the app is looking good and I would be happy to accept you once you get us some more info.
