I think when you adjusted healing values you changes something for these two spells. Drainsoul currently heals 100% or it's damage, and SoulLeech is returning around 175% of it's damage output.

Bleh, lets take a looksee.

The numbers were changed on purpose to counter-act the 33% self-healing reduction. I think I may have increased them too much, accidentally.

I have changed the values back to more normal rates - let me know if they're better.
