I was wondering if Quake was actually suppose to be a skill that worked on other players. As of now, it does not hurt other players when you jump from a building onto the ground with a 10 block reach. Also, Quake + Tumble make for a very odd combination of skills if i do say so myself and charge is broken as well. Maybe all of these things you may already know, but just putting it here since it is encouraged to do so.
