4 Red 20x20 : 4500c
5 Yellow 21x21 : 5000c
6 Purple Odd sizes ie. 15 x 17 : 2800c
7 Black Close to spawn/nice area : 6000c
9 White Large Nobles : 15000c UNLESS noted on the plot itself.


Please petition in game at the location of the plot you wish to purchase. Coin must be paid in full to an admin before you will have access to the plot. First come first serve. Limit of one per player until further notice.

You may purchase additional plots from other players. You MAY NOT bid on abandoned plots auctioned by staff or new ones being sold if you already own one.
Being MIA for 1 month will forfeit your LWC/Plot, being perm banned or banned for longer than 1 month will also forfeit plots.

Note: You may not put shops into these plots. These are intended for housing only. If you want a shop you must rent one from the trade district. Any homes found harbouring a shop will have the chests deleted.

Shops are not for sale yet as far as I know. We regioned them to allow chests to be placed wherever and the interior walls can be redone, but Moe and I are hoping that the rules say the exterior walls facing the streets can not be rebuilt. Is that possible Xanipher?

THANK GOD!! Man what I hated about the last map were all those stupid shops that sold nothing. Or, they sold stuff at a high price. Around 589.4% above normal prices. I agree when people say it also reduced the amount of PvP (less people going to shop on the four main roads).
