Reason for ban: A sign saying "And much "D" was given here"
Your story: TC have been constantly harassing Legacy for a while now. They were griefing 100 blocks outside our town and Harassing. After I told them about the rules, they decided to build a tower just outside of our border. Since then, our town's limits were extended, and we claimed the town as ours, as stated under the rules.

Building or mining within townships without explicit permission from the town's mayor.

• This rule extends 100 blocks from townships.

Any and all structures within 100 blocks belong to the town. After we had legally claimed the structure as ours with a sign, we redecorated it and I placed our banner upon the tower - "And Much D Was Given Here".

There are no names or subject parties listed on the sign for anyone to take offense from the sign.

- I know there was a similar occasion where higgins was suspended for a similar occasion, yet his occasion was much different. He broke one of the signs on Legacy boundaries and replaced it explicitly with a message that had my name in it to harass me personally. He was suspended.
- I know of yet another occasion when TC placed a sign just outside of the newly bought temple that they had placed, calling me out by name again on the sign and saying harassing things towards me personally. A talk was given.
- I have yet another instance that I found AGAIN - LAST NIGHT. I looked at temple, and on the back of one of the pillars was a sign stating "Draconis99 is gay". They had already been warned by the first sign they had placed on temple with my name explicitly there and now place one even more harassing and more hidden so it was less noticible just to spite the admins. Another talk was given.

My sign was placed within my town's boundaries (unlike higgins sign) so there was no griefing.
My sign had no names on it for people to take offence with logos (unlike all of those signs).
My sign was not outright created with harassing statements directly created for nothing more than to be harrassing. (like last nights sign).

My sign was in no way anywhere as grevious as any of the signs created by TC.

How is this just?

edit: @Kainzo - Please speak reason to him. Higgins harassment was not in what he put on the sign, but that he broke one of our signs and replaced it with something that had spite on it. Im guessing he also had previous offenses that led to the suspension, where I do not. As well, it was under my understanding that any building/destroying within 100 blocks of a town must be approved by the town. We approved the building of the signs and the purple L on our claimed blocks within 100 blocks of the town - reguardless of what blocks may have previously been in place of where those blocks were.

edit2: because I question your worth in the position of being an admin, @brutal. And I don't like being punished for rules I never broke. I would argue that I know the rules better than you do, in fact.

Both were on others' property.

You did not properly claim their structure.

Insta-claiming has never been allowed. User/s were willing to move their structure when Legacy upgraded to City. User/s moved the structure within 1 hour of being asked. The structure was "Griefed" by having an "L" placed on it in Purple Wool and with the offensive sign. Offensive meaning the same assumption that was made with the Hiiggiins sign previously.
I don't want to read technicalities and have to deal with loop holes.

In regards to a "Gay Sign," I haven't seen a Petition regarding this personally and if we can HawkEye it, user/s will be dealt with. We can't deal with "they," but we can deal with "him/her." We cannot punish a group for one users' wrongdoing.

@draconis99, not sure why you think Kainzo is going to swoop in and save you. You were in the wrong, you were suspended, period. Serve your time. It's 3 days....not a huge deal. Haha. Come on man...

You're so cute. I've been here since December 2010, been Staff since roughly February 2011. I've put in more work than you could imagine. I absolutely love Herocraft and most of the playerbase. You can question my "worth" all you want, but it won't get you anywhere or anything, I promise.

I suggest you stop "replying" via EDIT or any other means because you won't get your way no matter how hard you stomp your feet, make the pouty lips, whine, scream or cross your arms and say "Hmmmph!"
