After the dm, I fell through the world and died. I then spawned with nothing that I had in a room with redstone blocks and a end portal that said bastion. I was then ported to Nexus. Something like this has happened before to me, but the other times I got disconnected from hc and when I spawned back into dm I had all my stuff that was in my inventory before the DM.
