I wouldn't consider it ironic. Our Terms of Service dictates that all users must be 13 years or older. Legally, we can not accept applications of those under the age of 13.
Beside that, while this server caters to a wide variety of players, we are not strictly PG13, much to my own dismay. Many parents would not be happy to see their children playing here, and I think our staff has enough to deal with without adding upset parents to the list.
We welcome you to reapply when you turn 13, however.
