Disarm not retuning weapon.

As the title says, Disarm has sometimes not been returning the disarmed items. It has happened to be 3 times now, it says my weapon has been returned, however I still only have my fist and its not in my inventory anywhere. Also my inventory was not full at any point of this happening.

@c12095 - if it happens again can you try relogging to see if your items appear properly again? Also what weapons does it do it on, what slots? anything universal would help narrow down the issue as the code looks pretty solid.

@Sleaker Soon as it happens again I will re-log and see. Since I carry my weapon (happened on diamond and gold shovels) in my first slot its only happened to me there.
