Bug disarm for dragoon

On the server herocraft i am a dragoon and at lvl 40 i got an ability called disarm. when i use disarm on people it doesn't work. what happens is i use it on someone and it doesn't take there weapon away.

yeah its to fix the disarm gltich :/
