I agree, why should their be a chain mail shop when leather is even more rare?

Like the chainmail shop, a temporary leather shop would be useful to the players. Farmers are in short supply and their CD is very long, it will take quite some time for a Farmer to generate a decent amount of leather to come close to fulfilling the demand at the moment.
