Brown plots are 18x18, I think, so yours might be blue not brown

No matter how much you think spawn plots are worth now they will be more. No spawn plots are left to be bought from the admins. You can ONLY but them from players, or you can look through dragongarde and look for people who have been inactive for a month. Then you can PE it and rebuy it for the normal price where it was first sold. I sold a 15x15x15 plot for 6.5k. I know another person who sold it for the same amount. Not everyone wants to sell their plots so if someone is desperate for a plot they will pay a lot. Really the plot owner can sell it for any amount that is practical.
***Cybersword99 has been inactive for a month so I PE'd his plot and rebought it for the original price (3250c, 18x18x24). I could probably resell it for twice it's value (maybe triple) if someone is desperate.

Thats true, actually. I forget how lucky I am, since I sold my plot for 2k and bought my current one for 2.5k and it's only at 60,60. Though, now I suppose they get more costly.
