Hey, did you manage to take a look at the plot? It is basically ready for a handover now, and I am going to leave a nearly broken Eff III Unb IV Diamond Pickaxe (Should help when demolishing the place!), this however should have enough uses left. And if you think you are gonna take it, just leave a bid below.
