Your story: I've mentioned this already in my bug report post, and Kainzo has probably already read that, but just in case, I'll re-post it here.
It felt as though the server was experiencing a great deal of lag, and so I asked my town if they were getting the same lag that I was. They too were having latency issues, and I saw that Kainzo was online, so I mentioned that I was having lag in elite chat. Kainzo stated that the server was 20/20 TPS and that it was on my end. I stated that my whole town was experiencing it. He refuted, telling me my whole town was having "client side lag" and then told us to restart our clients more often. After which he restarted the server.
While the server was down, we all restarted our clients, (even though we do this often already), and waited for the server to come back up. Once it came back up, I reported that it was still not fixed for any of us, even though we had restarted our clients. Shortly after, there was --what appeared to be-- a server-wide rubberband spike (which at least 2 other people experienced and spoke in chat about at the same time.) I too spoke out, and said something along the lines of "rubberbanded hard." This is when I was muted and told to make a bug report.
I made the bug report, and have discussed the matter greatly in that thread. I understand that Kainzo was not pleased with my overflowing complaints, but I was not intending to badger him or discredit the server--I was merely trying to voice that there was a problem that is worth being looked into. I understand now that Kainzo does not wish for me to do that within a public chat channel, and as such, I have no intentions of doing it again.
I'd like to get my [*] permissions back, if at all possible.
