Bug Deathchests not spawning in PvP

I believe this has also been brought to attention before, but I didn't see a thread for it. It's a simple as the title of this thread. Deathchests havent been spawning during PvP for a while now. Seem to be working fine for PvE or just random fall/environment damage deaths.
