Death Chests

The time a death chest has been locked for has been changed many times recently and I have a good Idea about them. I not sure if this is possible but It would be cool if the time death chests was based on your tier. I think it should be around a minute per tier. For example tier 1 would have their chest locked for 1 min, and tier 5 would have them for 5 minutes.
