DDOS issues on both hc.to and voting

I was locked out of hc.to for the past day and am still locked out of voting. The DDOS page keeps refreshing every 5 seconds.

Curious, what's up with this and am I the only person this is affecting? I couldn't find a post for it.

When I was at my cousin's place I was having trouble getting onto the website. 404 not found, or "The website works but there is no information". I don't know if this is related or not but it seemed relevant

The website was down yesterday for 3-4 hours. Everything is back up and functional now.

@Kainzo I still am not able to get to the voting page per hc.to's main page. Any idea what's going on?

Edit: It seems to be DDOSing me on internet explorer, but not on Chrome. Just a fyi.

Try clearing your cache and all your browser history? I have no idea, just a suggestion.
