Reason for ban: Town Theft
Your story: I joined Herocraft 4 days ago and I loved the atmosphere, until I got banned. I was originally a survivalist, I had a treehouse, and I refused to join a town. Until I realized that monsters were EVERYWHERE. So I joined Port Royal, a medium sized town with relatively friendly staff. I tried to help here and there, and I wanted to make myself known. One day, when I was trying to build an underground smeltery, I found the town beacon. I mined the beacon, but found I could not put it back, because the are was protected, and I was not a level 65 runesmith. I felt ashamed, so I hid the beacon in my inventory. I had no intention to lose it, but as I was out mob hunting with my group, a master Wizard came up and attacked us, killed me, and I dropped the beacon. Little did I know, but beacons are very expensive, so I let him run away. I was very scared to tell anyone, because the beacon was the town centerpiece. I talked to Pampita, one of the town staff, and he said that I was responsible for the missing beacon( And I was) , So I told him that I tried to go sell the beacon, but I died. Here's my appeal: If I had wanted to steal the beacon, I was on by myself for 30 minutes, and could have easily stolen and sold the beacon. I also could have lied and told everyone I didn't do it. I would like a second chance because I was honest and I JUST got on the server. I don't care about being let back into the town, I would like to just move on and keep playing. Technically you did steal the beacon. You were told by Pampita not to touch it, you did anyway. As opposed to returning it, you logged off. Whether you lost it prior to that or not is not of any consequence.

What you did was town theft which is clearly stated in the rules as something you do not do.

Even if we go by this, and you had wanted to steal it, you would have been banned anyway.

The ban is for three days, I am not going to remove it until that time.
