Bug Darkbolt's wither damage doesn't give EXP.

As a pyro, if you let the wither damage of darkbolt kill a mob, you, nor your party members get any EXP from the death of the mobs, untested on players, happens all the time.

I don't find this a problem since wither is dealing half of the mobs hp.

It's fixed now and does 1% of damage, Kianzo fixed it right as I posted this

Every tick deals 1% and there are 10 ticks, idk the cd exactly But I think its 30ish... U just need 10 or less darkbolts for a t6 boss to kill it, imo it should get nerfed for pve
