Suggestion Create a lift in the ocean under central spawn

Sometimes a traveler will find him or herself stuck below the central area of the map. Would there be a way to create a one-way lift up to the floating island? [USERGROUP=9]@Admins[/USERGROUP] @Kainzo

In addition:

There should be a more obvious way up to each spawn. When I follow the bridges to their ends, I always see random 1x1 dirt and cobble pillars, left behind by the people who didn't find the entrance.
