I still lean towards the +40.

The reason being is i feel tier 10 should be earned whether through alot of donating. I also feel that t10 is special i think if you get any tiers from it it should be t8 or 9. Thid allows for the person to still have a goal in mind to reach.

I always thought PERSONAL exp. and/or loot boost tokens would be a pretty bitchin' exclusive crate prize. Only boosts the player who uses the token, and the tokens can be traded between players.

Tier up and max donor are (were) in crate 1. Not sure if they remain.
