I keep getting this message everytime I try and log onto the server and it sets me in this very small area to walk around in. Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

Guess he's being sent to Limbo everytime. Some people had this problem before too. He should create a petition in Limbo, I guess that's what Kainzo means.

@deadandown The command is /pe new <message> once you get into the game.
