Suggestion Cooldown on Splash potions

So regular potions have a cooldown to prevent use of multiple pots. Why do splash potions not have a cooldown? From what I know all potions are working and what is the point of a cooldown on non-splash if you can just use all splash potions whenever you want?

They should, all potions (including splash and water) are the POTION internal item name, the difference is just data values.

There is a 3min cooldown for potions, only real potions I have used are health, fire resist and a few swiftness. Maybe I'm confused but the 3min cd is right after you use a potion of any kind right, and you can't use any type of potion for 3min?

It would appear that each potion has its own cooldown.
Considering reverted potions exist (same potion with diff datavalue) might be worth investigating if they have a separeate cooldown too?

Splash potions have a 3 minute cooldown, just like everything else.

All potions do not have the same cooldown however. This means I can throw a splash poison, and then immediately throw a splash slowness. I cannot however continually throw splash poison as I wish.
