Bug Cooldown on Port list

Perhaps this is a suggestion rather than a bug... please excuse me.

EDITED:

Is it possible for /skill port list (which lists port destinations) to be reconfigured so that it isn't subject to the cool down for the port skill? It doesn't have a cool down itself, but can't be used if /skill port is on cool down.

It didn't put it on cd last map.

I belive this is a bug

I would seem silly to have any skill info on warm up/cool down. I'm working on something that will allow a skill to bypass this requirement in this type of situation.

Thanks @mung3r. I might also mention that the skill effects are also started by /skill port list (? slow and farsight ?) which is very disconcerting for people who are using it for the first time because they think they're starting an actual port.

It will skip those effects for 'list'.

We also modified skill mark info as well.
