Bug Cooldown command "invisible"

Last map you could use /cd to find out which skills you have on cooldown and how long until their cooldown is over.

This map, /cd ? brings up the help text, but /cd returns ... nothing.

It was working on this map 2 days ago, then a restart happened and whenever I tried it I would get nothing in response. It WAS working this map until a restart two days ago I believe.
