Consume not working?

When I use consume it takes my cookie, says I have 100% mana, but then continues to return my mana at 5% at a time from where it was before having only given me 10% instead of 100%.
Picture is proof, I guess.

i have see this as well. hit consume cookie gone, mana spikes to 100% then resumes where ever it left off.

thats how its always worked for me.

still testing and so far, it kicks mana up to 100% pegs full up.
not even using it and it drops back to where it was at before consume.

got a few test vids.. jsut have to edit em and put on the wetubes.....

Nah, it's instant Diffuse. It goes up ten from the cookie, then the next time it gives a message it adds another 5.

Consume isnt designed to regain all mana. It's designed to regain small amounts of mana.

Replenish is an instant full mana regain.

i always assumed it was just a way to tell u that consume worked and be patient. apparently its doing something else.
