connection refused

hey I have been trying to connect to serve now for about 2 hours or so and I have been trying to connect every couple of mins and now it says connection refused every time any 1 got any ideas y it says this thanks

Currently the server is down, you probably haven't been able to connect the for the past 2 hours either as the server is full and you've been on queue.

No worries! Just be patient with the queue - you'll get in eventually

yeah, i think the server has been goin down alot lately with updates bein thrown in as well as problems. I have to resort to talking to people in real life... sucks haha
