I were once Runeblade, after that I paid 250 souls for
/hero choose [Class Specialization]
to Cleric class. If now I would change my class back to Runeblade will I have again level I had on it or will I have to train again?

If you go back to runeblade you'll be at your old level/stats, but it'll cost another 250 souls to make the switch.
