coming back after about 2-3 years

Hello so I am back after about 2-3 years and was just wondering if I need to reapply or something like that and can I get my levels back because right now im just in spawn with nothing

No need to re-apply, but you do have to start over with nothing. Every map change everyone's levels and items are reset, along with the map. So you'll have to start over, but you'll be able to catch up quickly.
