wanted to check out hc with some friends after like 3 years but i can't even get through the intro portal....
i've been banned for like a couple of day in the past because i was griefing out of stupidity but it seems strange to me that this would still affect me.
Maybe someone could help me with that.

Most bans are perm. Are you still banned? Have you made an appeal?
