Bug Codex issue?

I bough a codex at the market, then I wasn't able to use it. I could right click all day, use skills bound to the codex, and even open chests with it in hand. I had relogged twice, and still nothing. So, I'm assuming it's a bug of sorts. I already class changed but yea.

Could be in prep for the new update, just without the exp functions in.
