I tried to create the codex of dragoon but, when I put all the required items it wont show. I used the Chaos And Order relics of dragoon plus a warrior catalyst, I tried the recipe in 3 different crafting tables and it still didn't work. Please fix

This issue has been patched - please petition to get an admin to create the codex, future drops will now function normally.
