Suggestion Clerics and druids

Clerics are powerful group healers and Druids are slightly better for mana efficiency and single target heals right? Well it makes no sense to me that Druids have replenish, I was one, I could spam heals all day long without going low, whereas a cleric uses up more mana for skills and where I am going with this, is that Druids should get fullheal instead of replenish, and clerics should have replenish instead, this would benefit both specs greatly.
