Cleric - Vicar?

I mastered Cleric, but am titled Vicar. I understand there are Alt names for Mastered titles, but I also see people with "Wizard" as their Prefix when it's alt is Evoker. Am I able to use Cleric?

Healers have pink titles, so you can't change the color. Not sure why you have [Vicar] though.
