Bug Classes reseting

So a while back before I became legendary I was just doing my thing leveling random classes that seemed fun to play, and then one day I log on and noticed that all my classes had completely reseted! it was as if I never mastered them, and I know I am not the only one this has happened too. I didn't care too much because I was fixing to start finding out which classes I need for Enlightment, but once I mastered all the classes it still wouldn't show Ranger for me, and now I have to get an admin to level me up with each class, pls fix this.

I do have the titles, just not the maxed class

this is normal if you were reset by an admin, were you caught illegally leveling by chance?

I was leveling illegally and Kenneth saw me but he demoted me like 5 levels not all my classes, I simply need Dragonknight to be maxed again, I even have proof that I have mastered it
(note this was a while back)

This has been going on for ages, and apparently is continuing to happen - people's mastered classes disappear" from their lists.

We wont master classes for people but we may cover the swap charge if this happens and it falls from their lists. I really would like to see this issue fixed but we need more info on why/how its happening

I think I know why, my brother @xxslick _nick_xx said he went back to the tutorial and he punched a new class and it had reseted EVERYTHING, I remember doing the same thing too a while back but never noticed all my classes had gone missing since @TimForReal gave me my levels back for that one class. Perhaps the same thing happened to @KingLano too. My brother just now told me what happened so that's how I came up with my hypothesis

Yeah, we dont reimburse people who use the tutorial to change classes, it clearly states it resets everything

It wasn't on purpose, I accidentally pushed it while making a tutorial vid for herocraft and idk what my brother was doing there, he claims it was an accident too.

@Kainzo @Isaacplaysmc2k16, SlickNick might have hit the tutorial again but other players have not.
Several of the active player have lost maybe 4 classes from their master list while retaining 10 others.

Certainly the big difficulty here is getting players to explain clearly what they're experiencing, and to bug-report it at forums. It's frustrating when players put in petitions or speak to admins directly, and then won't report at forums for various reasons. Getting a clear and detailed story here is our best option for actually figuring out what the bug is and getting it fixed.

I lost mastery of miner when I went T2 cleric. I still have the title, but it doesn't show up in my /hero whois; and stopped counting towards my legendary status(I checked right as I mastered a class).
