Suggestion Chestshop switch

I have seen a plugin a long time ago that acted like a chestshop but instead of buying an item, you would pay and the shop would release a positive charge for a short time. It's basically a button that you have to pay to use.
Would be a neat skill for merchants or even use it as a high level donor perk
