Bug Chests rollback

Yesterday, I put a lot of valuables in a lwc chest. Then a while later, The items I had put in the chest before were missing. I know it rolled back because there was still the exact same amount that I had in it before. I lost tons of stuff :(

Need specific instances of this... the only way it would roll back is if we had a crash and I havent seen once since we've been restarting every 2 hours.

1. it rolled back yesterday afternoon.
2. Right outside of spawn, x -30, -400 top right chest.
3. Yes, it is locked
